Anna Nordqvist and lexi Thompson can get another opportunity to do battle this month at the Solheim Cup, two decades from making among their most memorable competitions in the tournament’s history.

Thompson abandoned a birdie at the par-three second at the 13th and matched Nordqvist’s two, before picking out the next shot in the second to move back ahead and nailing a 20-foot shot at the 15th.
Neither player was able to pick up a shot at the 17th to depart Thompson heading in the last with a one-hole lead, just for Nordqvist to fire approach to five feet and knock at the birdie.
